Some time ago, we at DVV launched a format that has now become firmly established: **DVV Afterwork**. The idea behind it is simple (and pretty good): employees organize small events for employees at regular intervals, where we get together after work, exchange ideas, and engage in team building—without any fuss, but with all the more fun.
Whether karaoke, game nights, darts, or beach volleyball: to date, there has been something for everyone. And the best part is not only the variety, but what you notice every time: when we get together, not only does our everyday work go better—we simply achieve more together.
Last week, it was that time again: DVV went bowling. And yes, it was exactly the kind of evening you would hope for: a relaxed atmosphere, lots of laughter, and the occasional unexpected sporting talent that suddenly emerged. Of course, the best group also talked shop—from perfect posture to the all-important question: How does the ball actually have to roll so that as many pins as possible fall over at the same time? Spoiler: There were several theories. And at least one practical test for each theory.
Unterm Strich bleibt: ein richtig gelungener Abend, der wieder gezeigt hat, wie gut es tut, sich auch abseits vom Schreibtisch zu sehen. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste DVV Afterwork!
