Ramp One the event for logistics real estate decision-makers! – Achieves records

On April 8, 2025, the who’s who of the German logistics real estate scene gathered in Hamburg for the fifth edition of the Ramp One event for logistics real estate decision-makers. Host Tim-Oliver Frische welcomed the record number of 300 participants to the Factory Hammerbrooklyn for the first time, which was completely sold out. In bright sunshine, the event location’s terrace offered a fantastic view over the Hanseatic city’s HafenCity and made April seem like June. The evening before, more than 100 guests met for relaxed networking at the Hyperion Hotel’s Bar11 as part of the pre-event.
The many lively discussions on site showed that the right topics were chosen for the event. The guests not only got talking during the wide-ranging presentations and panel discussions, the participants also found plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas and make new contacts outside of the official program. The comments and feedback on social media, especially on LinkedIn, were correspondingly wide-ranging and positive.
