This is how the first month went for our new trainees

As we do every August, we welcomed our new trainees Leticia, Louise, Mario, and Tom. They gained a wealth of impressions in their first month.
The introductory week offered a varied start. In addition to presentations and training on our programs, the new trainees gained a comprehensive insight into the various departments. The week was rounded off with a joint trip to a ceramics painting workshop, where the trainees designed their own personal mugs for the office.
After that, they started work in their respective departments. Leticia began in Corporate Publishing, Louise is supporting the Rail editorial team, Mario is working in Rail advertising sales, and Tom is in customer service. Parallel to their training, the trainees are already involved in their first projects, including planning “Azubi Inside.” They are also enthusiastically involved in the preparations for the upcoming summer party, which they are already looking forward to.
After this eventful first month, our new trainees have settled in well. We wish all four of them an exciting and successful time with us.
