The human factor: Focus topic in BVL Magazine Drei 2025

“Will the bot become the boss?” and “Do we need a combat mindset?” – questions like these are addressed in the new 44-page BVL magazine. The German Logistics Association (BVL) has dedicated the third issue of its member magazine, published in mid-July 2025, entirely to the topic of people in logistics, their diversity and the challenges that come with it, their approach to modern working models, artificial intelligence, and digital processes, as well as the physical and psychological stresses they are exposed to. The logistics sector is also driven by automation, digitalization, and AI. However, the relevant factor is and remains the people who use technology creatively and responsibly to achieve greater efficiency and new business models.

The BVL magazine is published four times a year with a circulation of around 10,000 copies and is sent individually to BVL members, i.e., decision-makers from logistics and supply chain management in the German economy as well as representatives from politics, research, and academia. The DVV Media Group has been producing the magazine since 2014 in close cooperation with the BVL in Bremen.
