Our trainees design an online magazine at the vocational school

Our first-year apprentices are back from vocational school and have plenty of creative experience under their belts. Over the past seven weeks of their school block, they have worked on an exciting project together with their class: an online magazine was conceived and designed from scratch.

Divided into different areas such as layout, digital marketing, advertising sales and editing, the students developed fresh ideas and put them into practice. The result: NOBELLE – a magazine with the motto “Feminism for beginners”.

Our trainees were right in the thick of it: Leonie and Emma analyzed topics and target groups, Jamie developed creative marketing concepts and Jannis developed the website. After seven weeks of intensive work, the magazine was presented to the public. This included trainees and trainers from other publishers as well as the school management and teaching staff. The teams presented their results over a small buffet with drinks and received a lot of praise.

A complete success that our trainees can be proud of! They are now back at the publishing house with lots of new impressions and a great sense of community.
