NOTHING CAN BE THE SAME AS TWO LINES

Who invented the equal sign, when, and why? The new issue of TREIBSTOFF provides the answers to these and other trivia questions. Numerous articles in KRAVAG’s customer magazine focus on the theme of ‘equality’ – a multifaceted topic that encompasses concepts such as equal and identical, equal rights, marching in step, and waiting for the signal.

In terms of content, it deals with topics such as digital twins and their potential applications in logistics. Virtual replicas of warehousing and transport processes make it possible to design workflows that are more efficient, transparent and resilient. It is not only the recruits of the German Armed Forces who march in lockstep; green-and-white logistics – which refers to civil-military cooperation – also rolls in lockstep and with special requirements. There is also a report on Harry Bot, an AI developed by the road transport cooperative, which was trained using the knowledge of retiree Harald Kapfer so that the experience and skills of the former sales manager would not be lost. In a guest article, neurologist and bestselling author Prof. Volker Busch explains what we can do to fall asleep quickly and allow our brains to get the rest they need.

Treibstoff has been published twice a year since 2016 with a circulation of 10,000 copies. The magazine is produced by the corporate publishing department of the DVV Media Group and is sent individually to KRAVAG customers and interested parties in the transport and logistics sector. It can also be read at www.KRAVAG.de and in the Treibstoff app for iOS and Android.
