The resilience of critical infrastructure is increasingly coming into focus. The real-world threat landscape underscores the importance of regulatory requirements, such as those adopted at EU level under NIS2 (the revised Network and Information Systems Directive), the CRA (Cyber Resilience Act) and the CER (Critical Entities Resilience Directive), as well as the KRITIS Framework Act at national level.
Operators of critical infrastructure are now faced with the question of what measures need to be implemented and how. This is because a wide range of infrastructure is affected – roads, railways and ports, as well as energy and telecommunications networks.
The KRITIS Resilience Day 2026, taking place on 24 March 2026 in Frankfurt am Main, will examine the requirements that need to be met, the areas where action is required, and the best practices available. Keynote speeches from various infrastructure sectors will provide cross-industry insights and opportunities for extensive networking. The event is aimed at infrastructure, security and digital managers from the transport and energy sectors.
The KRITIS Resilience Day 2026 is organised by the DVV Media Group, through its media brands Eurailpress, NaNa Nahverkehrs-Nachrichten and Schiff&Hafen, in partnership with Wavestone.
