The companies that help shape it every day are the best example of what makes a 5-star logistics hub. As part of the campaign for Hamburg as a 5-star logistics hub, the Hamburg Logistics Initiative (LIHH) is visiting selected logistics providers in the metropolitan region – and taking a look behind the scenes.
The first stop was NOAHH Logistik vorausgedacht in Hamburg-Billbrook. Accompanied by Dr Christopher Schwieger, State Councillor at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Innovation, LIHH Managing Director Carmen Schmidt was given a tour of the logistics centre in Hamburg-Billbrook. The food and animal feed logistics provider relies, amongst other things, on a specially developed process for chemical-free cold fumigation, sustainable building technology and the use of artificial intelligence to optimise its processes.
During the site visit, a short promotional video was filmed, taking viewers on a tour of the warehouses. The accompanying online article provides detailed information about the company and the site. The campaign is being produced in collaboration with the Corporate Publishing division of the DVV Media Group on behalf of the Hamburg Logistics Initiative and in cooperation with the Hamburg Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Innovation, and highlights the companies and people who shape Hamburg as a logistics hub.
