Preliminary meeting with our new trainees

It’s that time of year again: in August, we’ll be officially welcoming our new trainees. To make sure they get off to the best possible start, we’ve organised a pre-induction meet-up, just as we do every year.
To kick things off, we invited the two new trainees to our publishing house. Over pastries and cold drinks, we had the chance to get to know one another at our own pace.
A regular feature of the pre-induction meeting is a group activity. This year, we went to ‘Gamer’ by the Alster, where we played mini-games against each other in one-on-one matches. We took turns competing against one another, so that everyone played against everyone else at least once. However, due to the summery temperatures, we mostly skipped the more physically demanding games.
We then rounded off the evening with a group dinner.
We had a great time and are very much looking forward to welcoming the new trainees to our company in August!
